CIRC Projects

As described in the NSF CIRC Program Solicitation, participation in the PI Meeting was mandatory for all Grand, Development, New, and Enhanced/Sustain Awards. Attendance was optional but highly encouraged for CIRC Planning awardees.

PIs were expected to cover the cost of their attendance as indicated in the award budget.

To keep the meeting size manageable, only up to two project personnel (PI, co-PIs, and senior personnel) and one student per award were allowed to attend.

CNS-MRI Projects

Attendance was optional but highly encouraged for CNS-MRI awardees. To keep the meeting size manageable, only up to one project personnel (PI, co-PIs, and senior personnel) and one student per award were allowed to attend. NSF funded the attendance of one project personnel.

Registration Fee: $200

The registration fee included access to all meeting sessions, two meals per day, refreshments during the poster session, and the optional field lab tour.

Refunds and Cancellations

There was a $50 administrative fee for all cancellations, but it was not enforced because of the uncertainties and delays caused by the government executive orders.
