Poster Session

Meeting participants had the poster session and reception on March 10th, 2025, from 5:30. This page contains information that helped PIs prepare and present their posters.

Posters Display

We had 4 ft x 8 ft double-sided tack boards for poster display. Each tack board held four posters (two on each side), as shown in the picture below.

Poster Printing

We negotiated a printing service to help PIs with poster printing so they do not have to worry about printing and transporting their poster. It was an optional service for $12.57 per poster which included delivery of the poster to the meeting venue.

Poster Logistics

  1. The final drafts were as CIRC_MRI_PI_Meeting_Poster_<First Name>_<Last Name>_<Grant Number> and collected in one Google shared folder.
  2. PIs identified their poster between 5:00 and 5:30 pm and hung it in the allocated space. Poster spaces were assigned alphabetically by last name and marked with last name and grant number.
  3. Thumbtack pins were provided by the contractor of the tack boards to hang posters.
